Michou has been serving the Pacific Northwest community since 2008 and we now cater to many supermarket chains. Since the launch of our wholesale side, our orders have grown every year as our products have become more popular with supermarket delis. Our popularity stems from the quality, size, and appeal of our food as well as our competitive prices.
We have a vault containing hundreds of recipes; from salads, dips, sauces and desserts to gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan recipes that are made to order. We can use these as a starting point to create an item specifically for your company or our cooks can create new recipes for you from scratch, depending on your needs. Currently we’re offering over 100 different salads using fresh ingredients from local farmers, and we make everything from scratch at our wholesale kitchen to ensure the quality of our products.
The health and safety of our customers is our first priority. Our facility is regularly inspected by third-party auditors, and operates with a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plan. We regularly test our recall protocols and choose to work with GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) certified farms. Food safety is top priority so you can be assured you are receiving the most wholesome product available in today’s market.
